Five of Suid-Natal High School’s LSEN Athletes participated in the South African Schools Athletics Championships held at Kings Park.
The athletes did very well in their individual events. Ayathula Gumede received a gold medal for her 100m and the trophy for the best female athlete. Nceba Ncama received a silver medal for the 400m, Joshua Underwood received 2 silver medals for the 100m and 200m events, Rachel Siyangapi received a bronze for the 200m and a silver for the 100m event. Kwandile Gumede received a gold medal for Shot put. Congratulations to all these athletes.
