APPLICATIONS

In order to obtain a Prevocational Department (LSEN) application, an appointment must be made with the Head of Department and Grade Head of that unit, as they need to assess the learners before enrolment. No application will be accepted without their authorisation.

English learners applying for the mainstream/Afrikaans section, must make an appointment with the Principal prior to completing the application form.

Aandag ouers/voogde:

• Druk die aansoek, lees sorgvuldig en vul alle inligting deeglik in..
• Teken die aansoek en handig in saam met al die nodige dokumente soos op aansoek aangedui.
• Die aansoek kan of persoonlik by die ontvangs kantoor ingehandig word of aan: suidies@suidnatal.co.za gestuur word.
• Marsh versekering aansoeke sluit einde Maart. Sorg dat alle versekering aansoeke en betalings voor dan gedoen word.

Attention parents/guardians:

• Print the application, read carefully and complete thoroughly.
• Sign the application and submit together with all the required documentation as stipulated on the application.
• The application can either be handed in at the front office personally, or forwarded to: suidies@suidnatal.co.za.
• Marsh insurance applications close end March. Ensure that all insurance applications and payments are made before then.
